Washer noise

I have an Indesit washing machine, when spinning it has a very loud knocking noise, i've taken the back cover off and the 2 springs there seem to be ok, but the drum does seem to be a bit loose, the blocks seem fine, could you tell me are there any springs at the front? Would it be worth taking the front panel off? The machine is only 15 months old.

Is This A Front Loading Washer? If So I Had This Same Problem Not To Long Ago With A Customer... Turns Out That The Tub Was Machined Out Of Round And Caused The Drive Bearing To Wear Out... If It Is Only 15 Months Old I Would Check On Seeing If I Could Get This Work Done Under Warranty, Especialy The Parts Cause They Are Pretty Exspensive...k
