Bad Toilet Clog help!

My stinky husband clogged the toilet this morning and went to work and I can't get it to go down. My other toilet is fine, there is no backup in the sink, but I can only get the toilet to sort of flush after much plunging and use of dish soap. What can I do to get this thing to work again? I DO NOT have the money for a plumber. :(

if the clog is waste or paper you should be able to unclog with plunger if a object got down toilet the toilet will have to be pulled to remove object you can get a auger snake at hardware that may help thanks terry master plumber
