Hi all:
I have a Kenmore washer 110-82050110. Lately , I noticed that some detergent comes out along with the drained water after the wash and rinse cycles - a total of about two teaspoons. I have used this detergent before. Setting the temp to warm (from cold previously) did not help. I don't know what to check to prevent this from happening. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks for your time and help!

So the detergent is not dissolving in the wash and rinse.

Where are you seeing this detergent after it drains? Does it drain on the ground?

Is your agitator agitating during the wash and rinse? This is when it normally dissolves.

How about using hot water, will it dissolve then?

Does the detergent go in the tub or in a seperate dispenser. If it has a dispenser could it be stoped up.

It comes out in the lint trap I attached to the drain hose; the agitator is working as it should. I have not used hot water yet, maybe I'll try it this weekend. The detergent goes into the tub, before I put the clothes in.

I used hot water during the last two weekends when I did the laundry and it did help. I didn't notice any detergent in the lint trap. I will change the detergent to a different one and use cold water as usual. Gas is expensive. Thanks again.
