Upper Spray Arm Removel

How do I remove the upper spray arm on my older Maytag Dishwasher?

My dishes are not being cleaned. I don't feel like I'm getting good water circulation. The soap isn't all coming out either.
I'v cleaned filters and the lower arm.
I see where the upper arm has debris it and I want to remove the arm so I can clean it.

I would like to know what to clean out in my older model Maytag dishwasher to make the spray function again...it must be the sprayer arms, and what else is it necessary to clear LAUNDRY soap from clogging device...many thanks for the speedy reply! :)
