Amana - refrigerator issues

I have an Amana BX22S5W. The freezer works fine. The fridge portion is warm. I set the temp controller to the highest setting. If I open the fridge door, the vent has little air coming out. When I open the freezer door, air pours out of the fridge vent. I haven't pulled the unit out yet. Can't seem to move it now, will have to get another person. Could someone explain why this is?
