Question possible clog ?

My 4 year old decided to put toilet paper or baby wipes in the toilet tank then flush the toilet and now it does not flush correctly ..I have tried a snake to no avail...what else can I try ?

If these methods don't work as a last resort you may have to remove the toilet using these instructions for replacing the wax ring.Remove toilet
