Default non working outlets

I had gutters installed on my house. I now have no power to (2) outside receptacles, (1) outside security light and (1) inside outlet. The breaker was not tripped. I swapped out the breaker with another and it works fine. I checked all my gfci outlets to see if any were tripped, none! I am now wondering if the installer drove a screw through a wire when attaching the downspout to the house? would an electrician be able to determine if that is my problem? any ideas?
thank you

Seems unlikely that gutter installations would cause your problem. However, without knowing the siding type, how the crew attached the gutters, ect. it's difficult to determine if the gutter crew were responsible. Anything is possible of course. And yes, an electrician would be able to troubleshoot the problem and make any necessary repairs.
