Default washing machine wont spin fast

hi, i have a baumatic integrated washing machine. Seems to work ok but will not spin fast. Sounds like it is about to start spinning fast but then just continues at slow speed. Maynot be related but it also seems to be walking and making more noise recently. any advice greatly appreciated. thanks

Are you saying that it spins properly during the spin/rinse but during the faster spin dry, it never gets up to speed? If so, then you may have two speed motor with one speed out.

It can be several things, such a a problem with wiring or corroded connector, it could even be a drain problem. Because of the range of possibilities it may be difficult to narrow it done.

Try this, wash one shirt, with the lowest water level setting. Does it get up to speed? If so, then we know the motor can do its thing. Then we have to determine what is preventing from working on a larger load.

So this will take some detective work and some back and forth messaging. Please gather as many details you think pertinent and let me know what you discover.
